Send us your board and we will evaluate it and give you an estimate on cost to repair if it is salvageable. $40 fee is only the cost of evaluating your board and will be included in the repair price if we can repair it. Most boards are repairable for much less than the cost of new, usually around $100. If your board is beyond repair the evaluation fee is not refundable. We will service any make of board and have had great success repairing Breckwell, Whitfield, Natural Fire, QuadraFire, Jamestown, Harman, and Austroflamm controllers. We are specialists in the repair of Harman Pellet Pro II/Invincible boards as well as the older square P38.

Please Note: While we will do everything we can to try to fix your board some boards just cannot be repaired due to the proprietary controllers and code used thereon. This is especially true of Dansons, Harman (P38 and newer), Breckwell, and U.S. Stove brands as well as many others. Older Harman, Jamestown, and AustroFlamm controllers do not have this issue and can usually be repaired unless the damage is so severe that the board could not be saved.
